DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes, we accepted return goods if our product delivered had defects. A credit note will be issued or replacement of goods will be given to customers based on customers request.
PRODUCTIOIN LEAD TIME
Our lead time for production is approximately 14 days, and for delivery arrangement is 7 days, customer will received their order within 21 days. For special case such as new artwork and rework, the lead time for production and delivery will be much slower. Kindly attain the delivery date from our sales representative.
WEST MALAYSIA DELIVERY
Our delivery for West Malaysia customer is half pallet (1.2m Wide x 1.2m Length x 1.4m Height). We are unable to provide free delivery for customer at West Malaysia if the quantity is less than abovementioned amount.
